TIG & MIG Welding Services — AWS Certified, UHV Specialists

AWS-Certified Welding for Critical Applications

IMT Precision's welding team holds AWS certifications and specializes in TIG (GTAW) and MIG (GMAW) processes for applications where weld quality directly impacts system performance. Our core strength is Ultra High Vacuum (UHV) welding — the precision weld procedures required for vacuum chambers, sealed assemblies, and leak-tight systems used in semiconductor, space, and research applications.

All UHV weldments are verified using helium leak detection to ensure your vacuum systems meet specification before leaving our facility.

Materials & Applications

We weld aluminum, stainless steel (including 316L for UHV applications), carbon steel, and other alloys. Applications include vacuum chamber fabrication and repair, structural frames and enclosures, and integrated welded assemblies delivered turnkey with full inspection documentation.
