Our quick-turn approach leverages the full depth of our production floor. We don't have a separate "prototype cell" with limited equipment. Your job runs on the same machines that handle our production programs. That means you get the same envelope capacity, the same tolerance capability, and the same CMM-verified inspection — just prioritized on the schedule.

We're quick to make changes, even during fabrication. If a revision comes in mid-run, our team works directly with your engineers to incorporate it without restarting the job. This flexibility is built into how we operate, not treated as an exception.

Because your prototype is made on the same equipment with the same processes as eventual production parts, the transition from development to volume is seamless. Both. We perform quick-turn prototyping on the same equipment and quality processes used for production parts, so prototypes are representative of production geometry, tolerance, and finish. We also support low-to-mid volume production and one-off research apparatus.
